To insert sound to your webpage you need to already have uploaded some mp3's to the web and have them available in an embed-able player. This is actually what's called a Podcast.
We use GCast from Garage band to do this, so if you have an mp3 ready, we can talk you through doing this now.
Step 1 - go to Gcast and open a free account.
Step 2 - click on 'Upload New Audio'.

Step 3 - give your mp3 a title, make sure you have 'Automatically Publish To' selected, and upload it. GCast doesn't give you a progress bar so you just have to wait until it tells you it's done.

Step 4 - click 'Return To Podacasting Home'.

Step 5 - click on the link to your podcast.

Step 6 - click on the Love This Podcast link that you can see in blue under the player.

Step 7 - select the style, theme, playback options (we generally click 'No' on both of these), then click on the embed code so it highlights and right click > copy.

Step 8 - go to MyDND and click 'Video' on the toolbar.

Step 9 - paste the embed code from GCast into the box and click 'Add'.
You should now see the player on your webpage. To drag'n'drop it, click near the links underneath it as shown.
