Would you like to own MyDND for your country? You can click here to see if it's available, what the one-off exclusivity fee is, and some statistics about local estimated internet usage.
The key to success is to partner with organisations and people that serve small business owners. Some examples are:
- Agencies who provide small business advice. More often than not these are government funded and therefore will be happy to recommend MyDND without taking a margin.
- Local newspapers are often part of a larger media group. If you can connect with people responsible for advertising revenues, you can give them with an upsell option to provide websites for small business owners who advertise. You only have to look at a local newspaper and check out the trade directory and see how many small businesses advertise and who don't have a website to link to. The numbers may surprise you.
- Another model that works is to hire part-time telemarketers on commission to call small business owners who advertise but don't have websites. These can be found in local newspapers or online in sites like yell.com.
We're happy to talk with you about local product pricing (the Big Mac index in the spreadsheet provides some kind of guideline), and we feel that if you got 60% of the revenues generated in your territory, you should be able to build a substantial business.
We provide you with a local blog, full training and support, and IP address defined exclusive local traffic.
